I actually get asked about my design process quite frequently. It's one that often comes up in the interview process for Graphic Design jobs. Since my identity development experience has been primarily internal, I thought I'd show you how I created the Bonbon Blooms identity for GiftTree.com when I was Creative Director there:

As I've been an in-house creative for several years, I wear and have worn many hats. That includes marketing email designs. As a note on how granular my involvement with my previous company was, I designed the products contained in the emails and built the catalog they were designed to support.
