My name is Doug Anderson. I have been a Graphic Designer for almost 20 years. I get true joy from helping my Clients or Employer create beautiful, commercially successful work. I live and work in Vancouver, WA, a suburb of Portland, OR.
I've done it all, from retouching catalog photographs, to editing video and creating product packaging. If I can't do it, I will set to learning how. It's part of why I started in this business. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Washington State University with a degree in Electronic Media in 2002.

A: I've been a working designer for almost 20 years.

A: I follow the AIGA's position on unpaid work.
Q: Are you open to freelance or temporary jobs?
A: Absolutely! Especially those with FTE potential.
Q: What's your personal design aesthetic?
A: Purposefully clean. This answer may vary.
Q: How well do you know software like After Effects?
A: I have used it for my own personal projects and done a few things for my previous employer (editing website videos/adding captions, etc.). Always actively learning more.
Q: Who is your favorite artist?
Q: How are you with constructive criticism?
A: I appreciate it a lot. I've learned to know what I don't know, and I have come to value other perspectives.
